Managing Partner

Dr. Wes Davenport is an expert within the field of organizational behavior and human resource management, having earned advanced degrees in both clinical and industrial/organizational psychology. He has published research in numerous scientific journals on a variety of organizational topics including work teams, conflict, personality, and leadership and has provided managerial and organizational consulting services to both private and governmental organizations over the past decade. Wes also enjoys speaking and providing continuing education and training to local non-profit groups and associations. Having previously served as Director of the MBA Program and Chair of the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship in the Phillips School of Business at High Point University, Wes is currently on faculty in the College of Business at the University of North Alabama. Wes lives in Huntsville, Alabama with his wife, MaryBeth and three young sons.
